Change font size in column headings in App table

I am trying to make the font size bigger in the column headings within an App's table.

I've seen a few answers already for this using html but this only worked with the old GUIDE, not with the new App Designer.

Does anyone have a solution please?

Currently in Matlab R202Xx users cannot change the font properties of headers in uitables. Please consider supporting the ability to change font properties of uitable headers such as fontname, fontsize, etc in future releases. As of r2020a, the fontsize of VariableNames and RowNames cannot be altered.

However, the r2020a release includes a larger and darker font.

One workaround for me was to delete the column name and place a Label right there. For labels, one can choose fonts and sizes.

It sounds like my approach to deal with this issue. An uitable as a child of an uigrid with the same columnwidth value. The only problem is that you loose the default interaction (sort columns, for example) ans that is the reason @MathWorks Support Team should deal with it. Please Mathworks, we need at least "fontname", "fontsize" and "wordwrap" properties of uitable titles avaliables to edit.

Matlab 2022a didn't bring a solution to this issue.... still not possible to control FontSize, FontName and WordWrap properties of uitable Columns.

I'm new to matlab's app designer, and was asking this question today. In my case, the headings on my data table never change. I'm currently opting for a VERY low tech solution. I created a Text area with the names of the respecive collumns. I selected the same font size used for the data, and aligned data in the text area with the columns below.
