How can I describe LTE DL pilot pattern using comm.OFDMModulator?

I would like to simulate LTE DL OFDM PHY using comm.OFDMModulator (or its corresponding block in Simulink) as follows:

I wonder if it is possible by the available objects/blocks.

I think I get the answer by finding out that in R2019b, the block LTE OFDM Modulator is added which trys hard to simulate that. So, the answer to the above question is : NO!
