To calculate fall time and settling time from response graph

I want to calculate fall time, setting time and overshoot from response graph. I tried stepinfo command but I coundnt get the right answer. how can I calculate it exactly.

Are you giving a negative step input to the system? Can you share your system function and how are you using the 'stepinfo' command?
