How to use ODE45 to solve for a specific matrix

Hello,
I'm not terribly profficient at MATLAB but I'm trying to learn and fast. However, since I'm pretty new at this, I am struggling with figuring out how to convert this matrix equation and to solve for the different using ODE45.
