Synchronous Motor Control with MATLAB Simulink using a PI Speed Regulator

How do I create a synchronous motor control with MATLAB Simulink using a PI speed regulator and without using a PI speed regulator to determine the electrical power, rotor speed and mechanic torque? The motor is connected to two infinite bus that produces terminal voltages, Vt of 789 kW.
Then, find out the changes in rotor's speed if one of the load is rose 47.0% and dropped 69.0%.
