Hello Everybody,
i apologize in advance i am a noob and i need your help.
I would like to calculate the spike density of my neuron and I have my matrix where each row is a trial.
Whenever a spike of the neuron appears, the time at which the spike occurred is written, for example:
x = [-454 -65 3 56 134; -498 -334 -222 12 45; -111 -12 2 14 98].
I can't understand which vector I should put inside the ksdensity function. Also I would like the times to go from one value to another prefixed: ex: from -1500ms to 3500ms
thank you very much
