shape reconstruction using MFS and MCMC in EIT

I have written a code to estimate a circular cavity using Method of Fundamental Solutuon (MFS) with the forward method. I want to use the MFS data to estimate the cavity using Metropolis Hastings code.I am having difficult putting together the Metropolis Hastings code. I would be glad if someone can help.
