Zero accuracy when i try to train a dataset why?

I prepared a dataset with 1000 rows.when i train with help of the SVM and tree it takes lot of time to show the accuracy as well as 0(zero) as accuracy.what is wrong with this data. I collected some data based on that i generated 1000 records.when i applayed these algarithams to original dataset(10 records) it shows 86.6 as accuracy.what i need to do to improve my accuracy for the dataset and how to generate records based on the original data.
