If we have two spheres with same or different radii. How to generate its point cloud.

The question is unclear. You are trying to generate pointcloud or intersection of spheres (circle)?

Maybe he's asking about the volume of the lens that is formed by the intersection of the volume of the 2 spheres, rather than the circle that is formed by the intersection of the surfaces. But, yes it's not clear at all why point clouds are mentioned at all.

What is the point cloud of such objects, bearing in mind that mathematically the intersection of two spheres, if it exists, is made of an infinity of points (but of a finite volume)?

Once again, it is really not clear what it is you're asking. What do you mean but points. Again, there's an infinity of them so it's not clear what output you're after.
