I have downloaded Matlab by university link successfully but it doesn't work at all

My mac is MAC OS CATALINA VERSION 10.15.3.
I downloaded the matlab but it is not working ?

MATLAB R2019b is compatible with macOS Catalina. Earlier versions of MATLAB do not officially support macOS Catalina. Refer to the following link if you want to know more about which version of MATLAB release supports your macOS:
