Matched filter code in matlab

 My project is "Detection of eye blinking using doppler radar". I took different measurements through signal express, and plotted the JTF in matlab. I have two signals one without noise; I mean the eye blinks without noise, and other one with noise (Facial movements is my noise). The detection of eye blink with noise is not distinguishable, so my professor told me to use signal processing techniques (Matched Filter in matlab) to remove noise and just show the blinks.So I would need a matlab code for matched filter to remove the noise. I need help soon!!!
