Is there a neural network toolbox for previous versions of Matlab R2015?

Hi, I am using Matlab R2015 and I would like to code a Jordan Recurrent Neural Network. Is there a previous version of the Deep Learning toolbox that I can download that is compatible with this version of Matlab?
Appreciate any insights
I am restricted to this version of Matlab since I am using it to interface with PSCad/EMTDC software.
