MATLAB Online with TAH License

Our school has a TAH license. Can students use MATLAB online on computers that do not have MATLAB installed? One student is being asked for a license or activation code. Does the student need to download a license file to the computer? She is using a Mac.
Thank you,
Geoff

Hi Geoff:
With a TAH license, you should have access to MATLAB Online. To do this, you will need the license ID number associated to that license. Once your student puts that in (essentially linking their MathWorks Account to that license ID) then they should be able to access MATLAB Online. No downloads or installations are necessary.
As Hari pointed out above, if you do not know your license ID or want more information about your license terms, please contact your sales representative. If you have any questions or comments, please let us know.
Regards,
Hisham

It was a licensing problem on Mathwork's side that has been resolved. Thanks for your responses.
