Minimum step size in ode113

Hi,

I'm bashing up against the minimum time step size for the ode113. I wanted to increase the precision by uping my digits to digits(64) or higher but it didn't really have any effect. I'm thinking perhaps ode113 doesn't know i have increased the precision or perhaps this isn't the solution to my problem and the minimum step size is related to something else.
