How do I stop these popups that cover the code I'm writing?

I can't stand these popups that show up when I'm writing code and cover what I'm trying to look at. Is there a way to turn them off, or better yet, allow it to be called up with a keyboard shortcut, but not popup automatically?

To set Keyboard Preferences, on the Home tab, in the Environment section, click Preferences. Select MATLAB > Keyboard, and then adjust preference options
