Save button blocked; can't save figure (MATLAB ONLINE)

hello I've been using MATLAB online for the past one week or so and I cant seem to download figures to my computer. Each time I try to save something it shows this

The save button is blocked. I've tried changing the figure names and the type to jpg/ png but nothing works. Is there a way I could download the figure (preferably in .jpg or .png format)

If its the latest version of matlab try the function exportgraphics .

you should creat new folder first
