Missing file error while installing MATLAB R2020a

I am trying to install R2020a but I keep encountering an error message saying "Missing File". How do I resolve it?
NOTE: I had an installed R2018a version, which I deleted before installing this.

There are a few reasons why you may be getting this error. Please try the following steps to resolve the issue..
1) This error can be caused by an anti-virus or security program interfering with the MATLAB installer. Please try disabling any anti-virus you may have running and then try to install again.
2) There may be an issue with the target installation directory. You will want to try installing into a new directory that did not previously exist on the system.
NOTE: Please remove the folder in the following path as well: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\MathWorks\MATLAB\R20XXx
3) If you installed a prerelease of MATLAB, cancel the installation and remove the existing prerelease installation. Once the previous prerelease installation folder has been removed then start the installer again.
4) The files that you downloaded may be corrupt or incomplete. Delete all of the installation files on your system, and download your products again from your MathWorks Account.
Hope this helps!

I tried all of your suggestions, it still is not working.
can you give the complete description of error. Is it Missing File: esd.mathworks.com ?
PFA the screenshot of the error.
To the best of my knowledge this is a connection error. The client is unable to reach esd.mathworks.com to download the files. Make sure the client can ping esd.mathworks.com, and that there are no firewalls or security software blocking this connection.
I tried installing again, and this time around I installed only the preselected ones. It worked.
Thanks so much for your help!
Same thing. Frustrating.
@Harini Raghavan - Hi. I have been getting the same error. Can you please elaborate on what does 'preselected ones' mean in this context?
