How can I create a custom ROS action server in MATLAB?

Using ROS Toolbox in MATLAB and am trying to create my own action server in MATLAB similar to the one found here. I cannot find any functions in the documentation to do this. Is this possible?

Currently, ROS Action Servers are not available in MATLAB, only ROS Action Clients. If you would like to create your own action server, but don't have a system with ROS installed, you could make use of the ROS Hydro VM that is used in examples.
