Unable to start/run matlab 2011b?

I have installed matlab 2011b and also activated it and get message on screen that activation is complete but matlab doesn't open. When again i click matlab icon,i am forced to go through same procedure of activation as shown in attached photos

But again when i click matlab icon, i am forced to go through above procedure but matlab doesn't starts

I understand that you are asked to follow the same steps over and over again inspite of having MATLAB already downloaded.
