how can I find the roots of this equation by using graphic method? fplot()

E.g.,
x = -1:0.01:1; % pick some x range to look for a root
plot(x,x-2.^(-x)) % plot the equation
grid on
or
fplot(@(x)x-2.^(-x));
grid on
Then zoom in on the 0 crossing.
