Plot specific region of the world map

I am trying to plot the following map: specific part of the world (without black lines)

Is there any detailed tutorial?

Hi,

If you have lattitute and longitude range of the region to be plotted, you coud use 'geoplot' or 'worldmap' or 'geoshow' to plot the data
