SRS in Uplink Carrier Waveform Generation

2 views (last 30 days)
Taking the example of toolbox 5g Uplink Carrier Waveform Generation (https://es.mathworks.com/help/5g/gs/uplink-carrier-waveform-generation.html), when running the simulation the SRS is not represented. What is the reason?

Hi,
Its because in the SRS Instances configuration, the Enable field is set to 0. Here is the code that is present in that section
srs = struct();
srs(1).Enable = 0; % Enable SRS config
% Update the above line with
srs(1).Enable = 1; % Value of 0 is changed to 1
Now run the example and output will display the SRS pattern.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Sriram

The characteristics of the SRS signal can be modified so that Allocated PRB is equal to 0:bwp(1).NRB-1?

SRS signal characteristics depends on the other parameters in the srs structure. If the AllocatedPRB is increased, only the RE in frequency domain having SRS will be increased, but doesn't change SRS pattern.
