PEAK-System CAN devices HW Support Package: PEAK-Drivers 4.1.4 Setup failed

Hi everyone,

This is the situation:

• I purchased a PEAK PCAN-USB
• I downloaded the drivers from their webpage: Version 4.2.0
• In the setup of the drivers installation I chose the options:
• CAN device drivers
• PCAN-Basic
• I rebooted my PC
• I opened Matlab 2018b (with admin rights)
• I searched for the HW support package for PEAK -> Version 18.2.2
• I logged in my Mathworks account
• The installation process fails, as shown in the screenshot attached: PEAK-Drivers 4.1.4 Setup failed
• However, if I close and re-open Matlab, and search for the HW support package, it appears as installed (see screenshot)

Should I request the PEAK-Drivers 4.1.4 from PEAK?
