Why hardware trigger not appear in imaqtool for IDS uEye Camera ?

Hi,

I have a IDS uEye 3240ML-C-HQ camera, that have a hardware trigger.

When I use it in matlab with the command imaqtool, the hardware trigger not appear.

When I used it with from video device block in simulink, the hrdware trigger not appear also.

I used it with (.m) file it's working.

I tested the hardware trigger with IDS software and Labview,it's working.

Can someone help ?
