Thingspeak Visualization shows only the last 24 hours

Hello,

i have a channel that is collecting the temperature data from a dsb1820 via an esp8266. The channel is collecting the data since 10 days, but in the visualization i can only see the last 24 hour. When i change the settings of the visalization - i can see the last 10 days but only one datapoint per day. What am i doing wrong?

Hi,

i don't have a visualization code as i use the standard visalization that is available when you set up a new channel. Whenever i try to change the visualization in the options menu of the visualization it shows me a meximum of 18 hours. I choose "Days: 5" and it shows me only 18 hours. When i try to export the available data, it also dos not extract the whole data available.

Is your channel public? If so, share the id and I can take a look at the data.

How are you exporting the data?

Channel is now public 1055095 I export the data to CSV via the data export / import function.
