MATLAB Mobile does not have license numbers or activation keys. Anyone can download it and install it and run it.

MATLAB Mobile communicates with Mathworks cloud servers, and requires that you log in. Your MATLAB Central account must be associated with one of several different kinds of license. To associate your MATLAB Central account with a license, you must provide a license number or activation key (though if I understand correctly, students are institutions that have Total Academic Headcount licenses can just log in and Mathworks will verify with the university that the account is valid.)

Student license do not have license numbers, only activation keys. If you purchase a student license from Mathworks then you would have been sent an activation key by Mathworks. If you are using an Academic license provided by your university, then your university would provide you with the activation key.
