Rotation of rectangle ROI label definition

Hello everyone!
I am a new user of matlab and currently I am trying to do object detection. I would like to ask if it is possible to rotate the rectangle of ROI label definition at Image Labeler, in order to define the exact object and not superfluous information around of it. Rotating every single image (I have to process over 4,000 images) at different angles and redefine the object is time-consuming.
Any suggestions are welcome!
