Whether reset block needed for ZOH to measure data continuously

I m measuring continuous data, sampling it, and storing three consequent samples as a vector with the help of ZOH and unit delays, whether a reset block is needed for ZOH to store the data in next sample

i dunno whether a reset option available in MATLAB, once the ZOH stores the value of a sample, will it store value of next sample coming automatically..?
