TreeBagger measure of performance?

I'm using matlab's TreeBagger function to ensemble my regression trees. My question is what are the available measure of performance. I want to know how well my model is fitting? How do we know that the regression trees which are formed with TreeBagger are not over-training. Do i need to prune the trees to make sure function is not over-training. Please help!!
