Is MATLAB compatible with Windows 10build 1909

I'd like to know if MATLAB is Certified for Windows 10 build 1909. Also, kinld, provide me with the application dependences (Java, .NET, Oracle .. etc.)

It is my understanding that you are asking for system requirements for MATLAB on Windows 10.
You could probably go to the mathworks website and check for the requirements depending on your OS platform.
