Save GUI layout as image - App Designer

I wish to save the GUI layout shown in the Design view in Matlab App Designer, How can I save it as a 500 dpi TIFF?

At run-time you can save the GUi with exportgraphics() or (if WIndows) alt-PrintScreen. While designing, you can save the active window (in Windows) by typing alt-PrintScreen. That works for anything whatsoever in Windows.

It is not save in 500DPI. When I change it to 500DPI in a paint software, it is not sharp and good for publication quality.
