why can't I answer "MATLAB Answers" questions?

I can read questions in "MATLAB Answers", but any attempt to answer or comment immediately switches to "cancel / submit" without letting me enter anything. What am I doing wrong?

Strangely, I can comment on this question. All other attempts to comment on other questions have failed.

I've just tried to capture a screenshot. The problem seems to have disappeared. Honestly - it's been failing all afternoon!

It's almost as if asking the question has somehow changed my status.

Maybe you weren't you logged in before and are now???

I was definitely logged in (because the first thing I did was look through my account / user profile settings to see if there was anything there to explain the problem). I think this is just one of those odd "software state" things which are almost impossible to diagnose if they are intermittent.

One of my friends had a similar issue. The textbox was not showing up. Apparently it was working fine on another device (a phone).
