How can I log sensor data with "to workspace" block properly?

I have troube recording a useful data to workspace. I am using a DAQ card with some kind of analogue sensors. I am measuring data properly from sensors and I am trying to calculate a useful value with help of some equations. During simulation this calculated value is scoped successfully. When I tried to log this useful data to workspace however I am getting a single value of it during 60s simulation period.
What is the reason of it? I tried all logging tips,but I failed. I am waiting for your helpful ideas.
