p=haltonset(2); q=net(p,2000); ra=q(1:NB,:)*10-5;
scatter(ra(:,1),ra(:,2));
My result is:
  • I want to remove the points in the region [0,2]*[0,2]

ra(all(ra >= 0,2) & all(ra<=2,2),:) = [];
