ProXR Relay Connection and Communication

I am trying to communicate with a ProXR relay from national control devices. If anyone has communicated with this type of relay and would be willing to share an example the commands they used to control the relay I would be very appreciative. The scripts on their website did not work. Any help would be great. Thanks!
