how to generate roughness profile as profilometer does for machining operation e.g.turning, milling

I want to generate surface profile/graph as shown in figure for turning/milling machining operation by using spindle speed, feed and depth of cut. How can I do it??

Is it possible to get it by SIMULINK??

please anyone suggest how to do.
