How to use ezplot

Hi im new to matlab, ive tried ez plot but it wont run x^2 - 9y^2=81. Can someone help?

ezplot(@(x,y)x.^2 - 9*y.^2 - 81)

The ezsurf (and fsurf) functions accept only single-variable functions.
Try this:
figure
ezcontour(@(x,y) x^2 - 9*y^2 - 81, [-10 10 -10 10])
the fcontour, ezsurf and fsurf functions are also options.
Make appropriate changes to get the result you want.

Another possibility:
figure
hec = ezcontour(@(x,y) x^2 - 9*y^2, [-50 50 -50 50]);
hec.LevelList = 81;
.
