Saving Antenna Radiation Pattern as .txt file

Hello,
I want to save the antenna radiation pattern as .txt file. I already have efield, theta, and phi of the dipole antenna. However, I need to extract the ThetaPhi pattern, angle units in degrees, and the number of points for the .txt file.
