Can you check if Simscape is installed in your MATLAB environment?

Execute the following command in MATLAB command window to get the information about installed versions of MATLAB, Simulink and other toolboxes.

Hi, I have also the same problem. And I'm sure Simscape is installed in my MATLAB.

In my case as i was not having simulink electrical version of matlab i went to adds on and downloaded electrical version and thankfully it got resolved
