Create video file from an mp3 file and an image

Hi,

I created audio samples with just a few seconds from hundreds of large audio files.

I have a black image.

I'd like to create a separate video for each of those audio samples and would like the background of the video for all the samples to be that black image, if that makes sense.

Can anyone help with this, please?
