3D Printer Costs and Coding for it?

I want to come up with a way to integrate MATLAB and 3D printing. I'm trying to come up with the right coding to find out how much it would be to print things using the volume of the 3D part and cost of filament with power consumption involved as well.
If you want a go at it then maybe you can see what happens with the following,
240 watts while printing
5.7 cents per kWh
1 kg roll of PETG filament is $20.32 with approximately 322m (+-20)
A sample part takes 1hr & 42min to print
Volume is 3.848in^3
It has a 10% infill as well. (This is where I may get stuck and can't figure out how to make this work. That's why I'm asking for help.)
If you need more info that I'm leaving out please don't hesitate to ask.

When you say that the volume is 3.848 in^3 is that the volume of what that it would displace? Is it the volume of a bounding box? Is it actually a surface area instead, and the volume needs to be calculated assuming a particular thickness?
If it is the water displacement volume, then assuming that there is a minimum thickness you can print, then the volume of material needed could be indefinitely large, since in theory you could go down to 1e-20 theoretical-inches circular cross-section and 3.848E20 inches long with that all having to be filled to the minimum cross-section printable. Whereas if the object were a perfect sphere with a uniformly thick shell, waste would be minimized.
