Using Simpson's rule!

Integrate the least-squares curve using Simpson's rule on the time interval t=0:1:30.
0 30 1 35 2 33 3 32 4 34 5 37 6 39 7 38 8 36 9 36 10 37
First column is time and the second column is velocity.

Here is the data shown the right way:
time: 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
velocity: 30 35 33 32 34 37 39 38 36 36
