FFT of electronic signal

Hi,

I have to do the FFT of an electronic signal in simulink without using spectrum analyzer. I have an electronic circuit, this circuit is excited by a simulink signal (pulse signal). Now i usign the spectrum analyzer block conecting it input 1 to the output of the pulse signal an its input 2 to the output of the electronic circuit (the signal which i want to view the spectrum). I would like to do this using another method, for example using FFT block, periodogram....
