Problem running opensees navigator with MATLAB Compiler Runtime v2019a

I want to work with opensees navigator (a specialized program for structural engineering). To run this program, you need to install matlab compiler 2019a software. I installed this program, but unfortunately there is no run program in the executable folder of this program to run the software. Dear friends who have a history of running a program similar to the prefix (exe) in MATLAB compiler software, please help. As I attached in the image file, there is no file to run the program.

I understood that you've installed MATLAB Runtime R2019a (v96).

I'm not familiar with OpenSees Navigator, but if you've downloaded Standalone Win execution file and installed MATLAB Runtime, I think you just need to execute OpenSeesNavigator.exe.
