How to use Lucas Kanade Function with image instead of video

Does anyone ever tried to use the Lucas Kanade function to track object (in my case road signs) in successive images instead of a video^. I got a algorithm that works ok right now, but it doesn't track objects through my list of image.

Can someone please help me!!!!

I cant put my code in the forum cause there's too much different function in it. I would like to know how do you construct and initialized the Lucas Kanade function.
