Adding a third axis on the right side. Also scale the (blue) bars according to the third axis.

Hello everyone, I am trying to scale my bars (blue colour <see figure attached>) according to a third axis on the right side.

I don't know how to add a third axis on the right side and how to scale the bars according to the third axis I intend to create.

I am attaching you the figure and also my code to help you understand what I need to do.

Currently, MATLAB does not have a built-in function for adding a third axis on the right side as you want to.

You can refer to a workaround discussed in response to a similar question here.
