How do I implement a nonorthogonal quadratic spline wavelet into discrete wavelet transform?

I am trying to use the discrete wavelet transform function but I want to use a mother wavelet that is not in Matlab. Mallat and Zhong 1992 described a nonorthogonal quadratic spline wavelet I would like to use. They name some coefficients and impulse responses, but I'm not sure how to use these.
I'm new to this and this is my first post ever, but I hope someone can help.

for my work i need a translational invarient wt based on mallat's algorithme a trous...even i too didn't get in matlab neither mallat's filters nor mallat mother wavelet....if you got the answer ? or information just pass it on to me ...
