License checkout failed. User/host not on INCLUDE list for Neural_Network_Toolbox.

I was trying to play around with the Deep Network Designer in Matlab, but got the following error:

License checkout failed.
License Manager Error -39
User/host not on INCLUDE list for Neural_Network_Toolbox.
Contact your License Administrator to review the Options File.

However, when using the ver command, it does show that I have the Deep Learning Toolbox.

Did I miss something or is this related to a different toolbox? When googling Neural Network Toolbox I am only getting documantation related to the Deep Learning Toolbox.

When you see the toolbox after "ver" command, it means the toolbox is installed in your computer. You need a license file or checkout a license for this toolbox to use it. In your case, it seems like you are "check out" your license from your license server. You need to contact your license admin to add you or your computer to the list to "allow" you to check out the license.
