Simultaneous calculations (vectorization or for loops)

How can I do thousands of calculations simultaneously? Lets say for instance I have 50k variables and I want to do some complex calculation with all the 50k variables at once (for instance a for loop is incremental 1 at a time), I would like to do all 50k in one go? Is this possible?
If anybody can help me, or advise me I will be very grateful.

You can't do thousands of calculations simultaneously. However, you can structure your variables in such a way that you can process them in a parallel-computing program.
