unable to play video after converting m files to windows stand alone application

Hi

I was dealing with removal of salt & pepper noise from videos using matlab 2012a. In the m file I could display noisy and corrected videos using implay function. but problem raised when I converted the m file to windows stand alone.Videos are not displaying when exe is executed and then gui is clicked. I could understand that the video reading,writing and nose removal are taking place while observing the folder to which I stored the frames. Means problems is only with the player. Can anybody help me?
